We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help with a refund or replacement.

2. How to start a return
Email us at michael@clsolutions-llc.com with your order number and the reason. We'll reply with next steps. You do not need to use the product sparingly to qualify, but please stop use if you experience irritation.

3. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and verify the return. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

5. Subscriptions
You can cancel a Subscribe & Save plan anytime from your account or by email (see our Terms of Service). Cancelling stops future shipments; already-shipped orders follow this policy.
