Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Subscribe & Save subscriptions.

How subscriptions work: When you choose Subscribe & Save, you enroll in an automatically renewing subscription. We ship the selected kit on a recurring basis (default: every 2 months) and charge your payment method the then-current subscription price for each shipment until you cancel.

How to cancel: You can cancel anytime, with no fees, from your account page or by emailing us at michael@clsolutions-llc.com. To avoid the next charge, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

After you cancel: Cancelling stops all future shipments and charges. Any order already placed or shipped will still be fulfilled and follows our Refund and Returns Policy.

Reminders: We send an email before each renewal charge, so you always know when your next order is coming.
