1. Agreement
By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products and claims
La Poción products are cosmetics intended to cleanse, condition and improve the appearance of hair. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, including hair loss. "Growth," "fuller," and "stronger" refer to the cosmetic appearance of hair and to length retained by reducing breakage. Individual results vary.

3. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, pricing errors or suspected fraud). Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

4. Subscribe & Save (auto-renewing subscription)
Important subscription terms. If you choose "Subscribe & Save," you are enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription. Please read this before you buy.
- What you're agreeing to: we will automatically ship the selected kit on a recurring basis (default: every 2 months) and charge your payment method the then-current subscription price for each shipment until you cancel.
- Price and frequency: shown next to the Subscribe & Save option before you check out. The recurring price reflects the applicable subscriber discount.
- How to cancel: you may cancel anytime, online, in a few clicks, from your account page, or by emailing us, with no fees. Cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled renewal to avoid the next charge.
- Reminders: we send an email before each renewal charge. You consent to these terms when you check the subscribe option and complete checkout.

6. Reviews and user content
Reviews and testimonials reflect the experiences of individual customers and are not a guarantee of results. We do not pay for or condition reviews on positive sentiment.

The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
